In other news, we have insurance again on the Tombstone property. The tenants did clean up their act (kind of) with prodding. This is a picture of Lou and Chris playing after breakfast at the Valley Cafe in Valley. The place wasn’t picture worthy when we showed up at 8 so we headed to breakfast and said we’d be back in two hours with a camera or baseball bats (just kidding, sort of).Anyway two hours later it was clean. We also offered them added incentive to buy early so maybe just maybe we can wrap up this whole calamity by August.
